Three Options for Service Provider Partnership

Landlord model – The City/Utilily allows right of way access to the infrastructure. Broadband Horizons assumes complete responsibility.

Partnership model - The City/Utility leverages its key strengths (network field component installation and system management) while outsourcing other parts (sales, service, marketing, ISP content delivery) to Broadband Horizons.

Utility as Service Provider model – The City/Utility would be very heavily involved in ISP content delivery, ISP network operations, customer support and marketing (portions of the value chain best left to other providers with experienced in ISP content delivery).
